Introductory Phase 

An intelligence report has been produced by e-KSS to Health Canada mapping out the Brazilian health scene and telehealth developments, similarities to the Canadian environment an potential opportunities for collaboration, with a view to partnership development and ultimately an indigenous telehealth strategic action plan.  The goal envisioned is long-term collaborative work between governments, NGOs and indigenous peoples.
